An aerobics trainer will almost always have some type of certification on display. You should take note of what this certificate says and then look it up to see what qualifications she had. Usually it takes a short course in the subject.
Look for aerobics classes that are specific to seniors. You can also ask for references from the instructor. There is no formal training required to teach water aerobics classes but ask if you can sit in and observe a class before signing up. This will give you a chance to witness the instructor in action to see if they will be a good fit for you.

If you do your training and bloody well listen to the instructor you will know the answers yourself.
If a person interviews for a position in training and supervision, they maybe asked what training responsibilities they had. This is a good way for a boss to know if they have the proper experience for the position.
it depends on what. i have a pitching instructor for baseball and he helps with mechanics and proper techniques. A sports instructor has in interest in the sport and knows different techniques that may be useful to you and so they are like a teacher and they teach you how to improve for example in cricket a coach would tell you how to improve your bowling if you were not getting it straight. However they do not have to know everything about the sport as I am a cricket instructor myself and I am only 15 years old and so I cannot possibly know everything about it, but i do know how to help others with their techniques. An instructor does need a qualification though to become an instructor.
dont really know either
You'll feel it!
A hurt finger doesn't stop you from working out. It may prevent you from making a proper fist. Let your instructor know what the limitation is and they will work with you.
You can help yourself in many ways. You can get an instructor and you can find them at most clubs. You can also get a DVD on instructions and get the last laugh on your caddy.
