Mounted on the side of the engine if it has one. Follow the fuel line as it goes to the pump. If the fuel line goes to the carburetor then it does not have a pump and is gravity fed.
The small line from the tank (with the fuel filter) goes to the top port of the carburetor. The large line from the fuel tank goes to the center port of the primer bulb. The other port of the primer bulb goes to the bottom port of the carburetor.
Inside of the front of the carburetor right where the fuel line goes in. Detach the fuel line and it will pop out.
