How do I lubricate the front end of my 1997 Crown Victoria so that it doesn't squeak so much every time I turn or hit a bump?

Sounds like you may have a ball joint going out on the front of your car, you need to take a look and see if any of them are showing wear or cracks. If they are, they need to be replaced.
