he doesnt have wife
No, she may not.
Its like the retirement money you would get after you separate I think. I knew a Sgt who if he had went through with at least 13 yrs would have given his ex wife of 8 years entitlement to at least half of his retirement pay. now im sure if she doesnt want her portion which is unlikely cause women jump on that easy to take everything from you, maybe come up with another agreement in the separation papers. just make sure she don't stick you with her credit card debts or anything like giving her any bah you receive.
Stating a wife doesnt: brilliant idea
what age can a wife draw her husband retirement that he have on his job he is decease now
It is not written in stone that the wife has to provide a retirement party for her spouse. Some wives will and others will not. Sometimes the male friends will get together to celebrate with the retiree.
nno no no no she doesnt
many people are not sure who salva dut's wife is (he is the man who helps build wells for people in sudan) but my conclusion is .....drumroll please....... he does not have a wife. and he doesnt plan to have one .....again i may not be correct on this but you can trust me if you like
At her full retirement age your wife is entitled to an amount equal to half of what you are entitled to receive at your full retirement age. (If you're not the same age that full retirement age may not be the same age in years for both of you as it rises from 65 to 68 in the years to come) Benefits your wife receives neither increase nor decrease your retirement benefit from social security. What she gets doesn't change what you get. Your benefit is increased by the delayed retirement credit of 8%/year for each year you delay taking benefits after your full retirement age until age 70, but your wife's available retirement benefit does not change. (Neither of you should delay starting Medicare since that usually incurs a penalty.)
