You can share a picture on your skydrive by uploading the picture that are up to to 2 GB.
In a windows phone, click start, pictures, then select the folder/picture you want to share. Then click on the more... button, select share, and select SkyDrive.

But !! but it will really be doing the following: Downloading the contents of the first skydrive to your computer to a temporary area, then uploading them to the second skydrive, which will take big time bandwidth. Unfortunately, there is no such service from Microsoft itself to do the transfer on their servers
