When you sight any rifle or gun in you have to sight it in for the distance that you will most commonly use it. Then you have to compensate for other distances when it is necessary. Set a target at 50 feet and sight your rifle for that distance. At 75 feet your sight will be slightly below the impact point. at 25 feet your sight will be above the impact point. At 50 feet you will be right on.
Remember Air-soft is NOT a precision weapon. Round BB have a tendency to wonder off target because they tumble by design not spin.
Remember to always mount your bottom scope rings on the rail first then place the scope in the lower rings and last place the top rings in place. Do it any other way and the scope will never get aligned correctly.
No. It is there for a reason. Leave it.
Don't. It is on there for a reason.

It depends on the reason why they are
Paintball hurts MUCH more than airsoft. The reason that Paintball hurts more than Airsoft is because the speed of the paintball is faster and the mass is also larger. Take an Airsoft BB and a paintball and look at the difference in size. Now, when you figure that Paintball markers have much greater speed than an Airsoft gun, you will find that Paintball will and should hurt more.

Generally, a blind person blinks for the same reason a sighted person blinks. We blink to maintain the moisture in our eyes. They're at the same rate.
No, if you are talking about bb's for a BB gun. The BB's for an air rifle or BB gun wont even stay in a Magazine for an airsoft gun. Airsoft BB's are 6mm, air rifle bb's are much smaller. You will ruin an airsoft gun with the smaller metal bbs. But you can get aluminum 6mm pellets for an airsoft gun.
Probably, yes. There is little reason to be on the wrong side of the center line.
