The first thing you'll need to to is get a replacement battery. This can be purchased through your carrier or aftermarket. Then just simply open the back of the phone,pull the red tab sticking out of the back,this pops out the old battery. Place the new battery in and replace the cover. Turn the phone back on.

∙ 12y agoOk, apparently this is a frequent problem. There are two holes on the side of this phone. Do not use these. There is a notch right above the place you attach the carrying string. With your thumb nail and the previously mentioned notch, remove the back of the phone. After that simply remove the battery like any other phone.
