If the OBD throws no codes, then the trouble is elswhere, the switch or mechanical linkage. the advantage of doing an OBD scan is then you will know if you need to take the door panel off to investigate the trouble. If the locks are giving you trouble on only one door, the problem may be in the wire harness from chassis to door
