I think you put 1471 then dial the rest of the numbers to the phone you are about to call.
It depends where you are. In the United States, you can dial *67 (or equivalently 1167) to suppress your Caller ID from being displayed. The code for the opposite -- to display your Caller ID if it's suppressed by default -- is *82 (or 1182). However, note that there are other ways that people can get your number, especially if you are calling a special number like 800/888/877/866/855 toll-free or 911 emergency.
