Do you mean a Bat Chayil, which is a ceremony usually for a group of girls who have completed a Bat Chayil course at the age of 13?
The Bat Chayil is similar to the Bat Mitzvah, which is the equivalent of a Bar Mitzvah held for girls. The Bar Mitvah is a celebration held when a boy turns 13 and, following a course of religious instruction, is deemed to have achieved an age and level of emotional/spiritual maturity as to allow him to take on adult roles within the Jewish faith such as serving in the Minyan of ten people that is necessary for formal Jewish worship to take place. In the past, this celebration was for boys only.
However, in these more enlightened times, girls and women perform many of the roles that have traditionally been performed by males alone. With this in mind, many Jews felt that girls should have their own coming of age ceremony and so the Bat Mitzvah was developed. Some denominations celebrate it when the girl turns 12, reflecting the fact that females tend to achieve maturity at a younger age than males, but since it is generally recognised nowadays that equality between the sexes is a goal worth pursuing many now celebrate both events at the age of 13.

A bat mitzvah is a coming-of-age ceremony in the Jewish tradition typically celebrated by a Jewish girl when she turns 12 or 13. It signifies that she is now responsible for her actions within the Jewish faith and is considered an adult in the eyes of Jewish law. The celebration usually involves a religious service, a party, and often a charitable or community service component.

In the Jewish faith, boys reach religious maturity at age thirteen and celebrate their "bar mitzvah, "Son of the Commandments." Girls mature earlier, at age twelve, and celebrate their "bat mitzvah," "Daughter of the Commandments".
They celebrate the occasion with a Bat Mitzvah ceremony in the Synagogue, & then a party for her.
For girls, a bat mitzvah. For boys, a bar mitzvah - both events signify that the child is now an adult in Jewish law and can take on adult responsibilities such as reading from the Torah in the synagogue. Traditionally, the bat miztvah has been celebrated when the girl is 12 and the bar mitzvah when the boy is 13 - however, it's now common for those communities that celebrate the bat mitzvah (it's a relatively new concept) to celebrate it when the girl is 13.
Usually, girls mature faster than boys. Girls celebrate their Bat Mitzvah at 12, and boys at 13.
It's easy: 1. Jewish boys get circumcised, Jewish girls just undergo baby naming 2. Jewish boys have BAR Mitzvahs, Jewish girls have BAT Mitzvahs 3. In Orthodox Judaism, Jewish men are in charge of the synagogue while Jewish women are in charge of the home
