Every place has a different style of mourning.however,In Islam we should not mourn much.many familes mourn for months,years everytime they remember them tears in eyes come up.however,in muslim family if somebody die many people live at their house for 3 days(maximum) some for
1 and some for just the prayer for the dead one.and the relatives of the dead one give food(breakfast,lunch,dinner) to their guest & relatives and at day 40 after death they again give food (lunch,dinner)
