1st answer: Well if you grew up speakinq Spanish and you learn to talk Enqlish, then you would have an accent. Kinda like British people when they learn to speak Enqlish, they would still have their British accent!

2nd answer: If you aren't from Puerto Rico and you still would like to speak English with a Puerto Rican accent, it really helps to listen to people who do. When you hear them speaking English with a Puerto Rican accent, you can copy it.
