US Trade Law do affect international business. Just take a simple example of Bangladesh's garment industry. Recently, US government has passed a new law regarding RMG export from Bangladesh. According to the law, US should not import RMG from Bangladesh because of child labor, labor unrest, and so forth. Therefore, Bangladeshi garments willbe hampered. But the fact is, Bangladesh has got rid of these kinds of problems to a great extent. Even though, because of this law, a small country like Bangladesh is going to lose a huge amount of export order and money thereby.
