The radiators low fan switch turns on when the a car is standing still. Radiators cool off using the air around the vehicle. When a car is parked or at a light the fans turn on at intervals to keep the engine cool.
You can find it at an auto parts store such advance auto (I work there). I'm pretty sure that the switch for that car is about $40.
I have a 91 Celica ST and it does the same exact thing,I haven't went in to it to fix but I would assume where ever the switch when your door opens is faulty.
There is a switch on by the sun roof there is also a light in the same console. If the switch does not work there is a manual control inside this panel you can use a flat head screw driver to open and close it with.
no this transmission has a different bolt pattern and pilot bearing. also the half shafts will not fit properly.
Is the fuse blown? Are all the electrical wires to the switch connected? A new unit from an auto wrecker shouldn't be expensive.
most likely it its fuse blown out. replace the fuse if it is.
The 1996 Toyota Celica and a 1994 Toyota Celica both run the same oil filter. The part number in a Ryco Oil filter is Z386 From 1986 the front wheel drive Celicas all used the same filter. Even the GT4 models still used a Z386
Like many engine and diagnostic parts of the 1990 Toyota Celica, the tachometer needs the assistance of a fuse to operate correctly. Check the fuse box for a blown fuse for this instrument.
