Hmmm, I think almost every animal moves it home at one point or another.
Animals that can build their own home include birds, beavers, termites and rabbits. Other self-sufficient animals are bees, Spiders and prairie dogs.

Amount of rainfall can certainly affect the types of animals that live there. If there is little rainfall, desert animals may move in to make their home. If there is heavy rainfall, then the animals that are more suited to wetter environments would be able to make their home.

Also it can make its home with other animals in the pond in one of the snapping turtles one and only part of the pond with all of the other animals.
