Many animals respond differently to drops in temperature. At first most search for a warmer area within the habitat. But once it gets too low all the animals respond differently.
Mammals often either eat lots of food and prepare to hibernate, or migrate to area with more food and are slightly warmer.
Amphibians may also go into a hibernation state or simply die off.
Reptiles bodies slow down immensely being coldblooded and will also go into hibernation.
Birds will often migrate south (or north) to avoid the cold towards warmer temperatures.
Fish bodies slow down and they will continue to live under water.
Insects and arachnids will either hibernate or die off.
It depends on the animal. Generally, cold blooded animals will become more active in the presence of heat or retreat to a cooler spot while warmblooded animals will either sweat, pant, or roll around in mud or water to stay cool.
sweating
people wont survive the temeperature will drop the lava will wipe out everything for 100 km around the volcano 50 cm of ash will fall in an hour the dust and gas will block out the sun for a long time plants and animals will die
Gabe temperature
Animals move to respond to stimuli.
Animals with cephalization respond more quickly and in more complex ways.
condensating point
yes they do
At high altitude the temeperature is lower.
Aluminium is a solid at this temeperature.
Predominant examples are pressure and temeperature.
Depending on the type of animal i.e. if the animal is cold or warm blooded; they respond differently. Cold blooded animals have to stay in the sunlight in order to ensure that they get enough heat, while warm blooded animal may take the same action as cold blooded one or regulate their own body temperature to warm themselves up.
