"Astronauts use the bathroom the same as everyone else. I think the question you want is 'How do Astronauts use the bathroom in space?' Hah-aha" is the original
There is a vacuum that sucks the waste right out of you, This is true, no matter how disturbing it sounds! You don't want floating waste everywhere do you?
There is a special tube that you pee down, and after you have finished and removed yourself you push a button and the pee gets sucked into space. As for poo you have to go into a bag as it is studied back on earth. poo is a bit more difficult as there is no gravity, so sometimes you need to give it a little help.
Apparently, this is the most common question asked of astronauts! The answer isn't particularly pleasant, although with the ISS and shuttle the situation has improved.
With the Gemini and Apollo missions, the astronauts essentially poohed into a plastic bag. With the ISS and shuttle, a suction system is used to suck the waste away.
They carry it with them in an air-tight tank wherever they go.
Eventually, if long manned space-flights are ever launched, it'll be impossible to take
along enough air for everyone on the crew for months or years, and it'll be necessary
to have something aboard the ship that generates oxygen as they go. But so far, as of
the end of 2010, every human being who has ever gone to space ... even the ones who
stayed aboard the space stations for many months ... has breathed air from the surface
that was pumped into pressurized tanks and launched into orbit for their use.
Now that is an interesting question.Truth be told; the only ones that can answer that are the people who have ventured into space. You do though have those people that have cameras trained on them every second of every day while they are in space but even then it is limited
there is a bathroom in the rocketship.
they dont shower . they use this special chemical to wash their bodies on long trips
They make their own out of hydrogen and oxygen
they meet their basic needs by selecting their food months befor launch! they meet their basic needs by selecting their food months befor launch!
well you see, they use soap and water and hope to god they don't float out the window with the lack of gravity. :)
astronauts use a suction toilet. that sucks the waste into a bag, seals it, and when they return to earth they dispose of it
Space planes will go up now that the space shuttle program was dropped. :(
because he wanted to be the first Canadian to go to space? because he wanted to be the first Canadian to go to space? because he wanted to be the first man to go to space?
why did john glenn go into space
YURI GAGRIN WAS THE FIRST MAN and Valentina was the first women to go in space
If they didn't go to space they wouldn't be called astronaut's.
sometimes
This is the proper way:Can you do a backflip? This the wrong way:Can I go to the washroom?(Of course you can go to the washroom)
Everyone knows the answer to this question. Yes, Emily Osment uses the washroom.
See this link for answers prepared by NASA scientists.
