Jack up the car, remove rear passenger wheel. this will give you access to the caliper. on the caliper is a bleed nipple, useually has a rubber cap on it. you will need the following tools. spanner[to undo nipple nut] a bleeder kit[can be a one man type or a piece of clear tubing, a jar to catch the fluid and someone to pump the brakes. brake fluid [dot 4 i believe] check that the little bleeder nipple is not rusted. if rusted make sure you spray with wd40 or other penertrating spray. you may have to do this a few times over a time period to allow the spray to soak in. put your spanner onto the bleeder nut and fit the clear tubing onto the end of the nipple. turn the nut anti clockwise gentle if possible.[the nipples if rusted on there is a good chance of it snapping off [as did mine, and will have to be taped out if this happens] you will proberly only need about half a turn and the brake fluid should start coming out. have someone pump the brakes twice and then hold them down while you tighten the nut back up again[ make sure the fluid goming out is clear - no bubbles.- you then move on to the drivers front side brakes and follow the above steps, then back to the drivers rear wheel and finally the passenger front wheel.
note: make sure the cap on the brake fluid resovoir is left off during the above proceedures and that you top up with fresh fluid all the time to keep the correct levels in the resovoir. hope this helps - cheers
