One small difference, though - and being from Maritime Canada, I can attest to it - some areas in the nation (especially the East Coast, as I mentioned) say "Halloween Apples!" instead of "Trick-or-Treat" when trolling for candy. This stems from a time when candy apples were given out instead of regular candy.
