it is pretty difficult it took me 20 tries or more before the little sucker went in.
I suggest using a master ball, but if you've already wasted it the teach the move false swipe to one of your Pokemon. I gave it to Septile.
This move does 40 damage and levees the defending Pokemon with 1 hp.
Just hope he doesn't keep killing him self like he did to me.
The best thing to do is get a lot of great balls and save before fight him.
