hi there,
Good question,
Cookies can be contracted from websites and other things, some cookies will stay on your computer for the whole time in which you have it, some just dont go away even if you think you have gotten rid of them there are just a couple rotten ones that stay there.
Temporary files arent to bad, they do stay on your computer yes but there are correct ways to delete them and sometimes if you use the wrong site virus, malware, spyware etc can be loaded on to your computed and the files could just lock on, most things can easily be deleted within the control panel of your computer.
Goodluck!!
Any program that accesses your computer and/or Internet will affect the ping. The answer is yes.

WiFi is wire-less internet connection, and it provides connection to the internet on many computers at once. WiFi does not affect anything, except for the fact it provides internet to your computer, or other wireless devices.
The brand of computer you have does not affect your internet. That being said, the most reliable ISP is Comcast.
When you use a web browser to access a page on the Internet, it is usually made up of several files - each image will be at least one file, there may well be "flash" elements also separate files. The browser will keep local copies of these files and the next time you go to that webpage, instead of downloading all the image and flash files again, it uses the local copies. These local copies are temporary Internet files. You can safely delete them, and the next time you go to a website, the entire page will be downloaded again.l
The Bus speed is how fast data travels from one device to the other, in this case it is from a computer to the internet. So yes the bus speed does affect internet speed.

Yes.
It can be either. Leaving the cookies in the oven too long is the effect of forgetting that there are cookies baking. Leaving the cookies in the oven too long is also the cause of burnt cookies.
