I was using Reliance smart number, the customercare automatically activates unwanted packs on mobile overnight and takes the charges every month .. if u r not aware then auto renewal of unwanted pack is normal thing in that network.. sms deactivation in that network is just not possible..bcoz customer care will not process ur request for deactivation...
you can actually make most phones for Verizon prepaid except smart phones.

All Verizon phones cant be prepaid. No smart phones, the Glyde can't, and most touch screen phones cant be used prepaid. When I need to know for sure I call *22898 prepaid activation to ask. I bought the Glyde and it couldn't. yes. all Verizon phones can be prepaid. <3

every body says no and Verizon wont use it as a prepaid but if you go to metro PC they will switch it for you but it being a smart phone you cant use the 'smart' capbilities like the mobile tv and the internet
