Well, if it's on you're face you aren't supposed to pop it. If you do, add a warm compress to it for about 2-3 minutes. That should keep the pores open. Then find a FACIAL CLEANSER. Scrub you face in a circular motion to remove any excess dirt and oil. Afterwards I suggest Clean and Clear or Neutrogena acne clearer. There is one that is also an acne scar clearer.(It's in a small gray tube)I haven't had acne that long, but I was told not to pop it. Either let it go away by itself or follow the regimen
