Two possible culprits are clothes moth and carpet beetles. Cloth moths are creamy-white in the larval stage and fly as adults. Some carpet species have wings and fly. The patterns on the back have orange, yellow, brown, and white in it.
fleas
I've recently discovered an infestation of these critters in my bathroom, and will soon be massacuring them. All i can tell you is that they are of the order Syphonoptera (like fleas), but are definitely not cat, dog, or human fleas. i recommend a fogger like Raid, and manual spraying. Good luck! p.s. they bite!

open a window then jump out the window
Those insects would be fleas. Fleas grow to bigger sizes, and do not always jump, but the older they get, their bottoms turn a more yellow-brown color.
Yes you can, and they jump and bite OUCH! they look like little black or brown things.
SIMPLE. Just jump over the toilet then jump as far as you can when you get off the toilet
You have to jump onto the counter in the bathroom and than jump from there onto the hair dryer
yes you do
they jump and then stuff comes out
Bed bugs do not bit through sheets. But there are bed bugs that bite animals and people for their blood, like ticks and fleas. Ticks look like cockroaches but smaller and fleas are really little and they jump really high.
I think it's an black widow because I have seen one jump before and there black.
no because it will want to jump in the toilet.
