How my girlfriend got me to touch her, she hugged me and right after the hug she just gave me this look that said, "DO IT!" Another way, if you touch him, "there", then he'll know... Also show ALOT of public affection. Guys love to show off how much girls love them... If he feels people are watching, if he doesn't do anything it will haunt him for life...
