∙ 12y agoIt's possible - if it's a particularly heavy infestation. Remember, fleas feed solely on blood - nothing else. Hamsters are so small that a large number of fleas will take enough blood to make the lil' one sick. Ask your vet for a good flea treatment - and remember to treat the cage too - NOT just the hamster !
