Usually head vampires and even vampires pasts are very blurry and hard to remember but most vampires remember when they were "changed". Head vampires usually have a story to tell about the day they became a vampire and the story will mostly contain agony, extreme pain, and survival. The head vampire may have a gift that makes it worthy to be at the top including physcic abilitys, mind reading, viral pain, feeling nothing, extrodinary hunting skills, change of feeling, and a very uncommen gift called a shield. A shield allows you to block out every other power (exept for a few exeptions) and can even force it out to other surroundings. The head vampire may have created all it's followers autimaticly making it the "head vampire".
