However, this description of Brahman is compatible with modern way of life and thus we believe it completely and ignore any other approach to Brahman.
2. Original Meditation approach to union with Brahman:Brahman is the god selector. It automatically selects the right god/ right basic force for what we are thinking about or doing. Thus, Brahman has the knowledge, power and flexibility the seven gods have. Thus, the perfect approach to achieve union with Brahman would be to find out what is common to the seven basic gods.
The seven basic Hindu gods:
The seven basic Hindu gods are,
1. Dreaming force - Indra
2. Illusory force - Shakti
3. Voluntary force - Brahma
4. Semi voluntary force - Vishnu
5. Involuntary force - Shiva
6. Status altering force - Shani
7. Compulsive force - Yama.
Stage 1:
Belief in seven gods:
We believe in and worship just one god. If we worship many, it is usually gods associated with the Trimurti. We occasionally worship Shakti gods and Shani. However, we don't worship Indra and Yama because they are the most difficult to worship.
Thus, we have to believe that heaven and hell exist on earth only.
Rule 1: Believe in all the seven basic gods
Stage 2:
Belief in just the seven basic gods:
The consorts, children and associated gods are not considered because they are unique to the Trimurti.
Rule 2: Believe in just the seven gods.
Stage 3:
Equality of the seven gods:
We believe that Shiva is the mightiest god and that Vishnu may be equal to Shiva. We believe that Brahma is a subordinate of Vishnu, as Brahma originates from Vishnu. We believe that Shani is a follower of Shiva. Shiva subdues Yama to retrieve his bhakta Markandeya. Indra is humiliated often. The status of Shakti gods is highly variable. They are either considered as incarnations of Parvati or ignored completely.
The gods at the extremity are difficult to use for the layman and were thus systematically sidelined, allowing him to worship just the gods at the center.
Rule 3: Believe that all the seven gods are equal
Stage 4:
Features common to the seven gods:
All the seven gods are forces that control skeletal muscles contraction and thus play the most vital role in our thoughts and actions.
Rule 4: Look at just the similarities among the seven basic gods and ignore the differences between them.
Stage 5:
Having every god in pure form:
Each of the seven gods is nothing but one of the seven basic forces which we can have by selecting the centers of gravity of our body associated with that force.
The center of gravity is not a constant point at the lower part of the abdomen. This is because when the skeletal muscular system contracts towards the head or feet there is movement of the mass of muscles. This shifts the center of gravity.
We can have each of the seven gods/ basic forces by moving our center of gravity.
Yama - Head
Shani - Shoulder and neck
Shiva - Chest
Vishnu - Abdomen
Brahma - Hip
Shakti - Knee
Indra - Feet.
Rule 5: Have each of the seven basic forces in pure form
Stage 6:
Feeling all the seven gods simultaneously:
We can feel all the seven gods simultaneously. Initially we would feel that the gods we believe dominate masking the gods we have rarely worshiped, like Indra and Yama.
We can add the missing gods manually and thus somehow start feeling all the seven gods.
Rule 6: Feel all the seven gods simultaneously
Stage 7:
Feeling all the gods equally:
After feeling all the seven gods simultaneously the next step is make them feel equally. This means that we must enhance the feeling of one and suppress the feeling of another.
Rule 7: Feel all the seven gods equally
Stage 8:
Fusing the seven gods:
Gradually we start feeling that, due to their opposing nature, the feeling of gods cancel each other making our mind look as a single blank entity.
When we increase or decrease the tone of our USM the seven forces should still remain merged.
Rule 8: Feel all the seven gods as a single unit
Stage 9:
Manipulation of the seven basic forces/ gods:
We must be able to feel the seven gods as a single god, as seven distinct gods, as one, three, five or seven gods. We must be able to have each gods starting at our feet and moving towards our head. We must be able to do this in ascending or descending order. We must also be able to have any god at random.
Rule 9: Feel the seven basic forces/ gods in all possible orders
Stage 10:
Achieving union with Brahman:
Normally we have little control over our thoughts and activities and thus we keep our skeletal muscle tone around 50%. Thus, we have Voluntary force or 'I' at the center and Involuntary force or Self on either side of it. Beyond the Self are the positive and negative attitudes. What lies beyond our attitudes we can't know.
However, since we have absolute control over our life now we can use the entire range of skeletal muscle tone, from 0% to 100%. This makes the voluntary and involuntary forces overlap completely. 'I' vanishes without a trace.
Then onwards, we can use Brahman instead of our 'I'. This is what we mean when we say, 'Aham Brahmasmi'. Thus, Brahman is described as Consciousness, Self and 'I'.
Rule 10: Make sure that 'I' and Self becomes indistinguishable.
Stage 11:
Confirming the merger of 'I' and Brahman:
When we become one with Brahman we must have Inner knowledge, which enables us to understand everything. Thus, even if we behave the way we want our behavior must remain within limits set by the society.
Stage 12: Behave the way you want and observe whether your behavior automatically within the limits set by the society.
Stage 12:
Separation of 'I' and Brahman:
We can separate 'I' and Brahman and start using the god which Brahman selected. the result should be exactly the same.
Rule 12: Ensure that even manually you select the same force as Brahman does.
Hindus generally describe Brahmans as kind, peaceful ardent devotees of God who want to live at God's feet all their lives to he can always shed his shelter upon his devotees.

DESCRIPTION AND VISUALIZATION OF BRAHMANBRAHMAN - THE GOD OF HINDU GODS:
According to Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 1.4.10, 'I' and Brahman are one and the same. This means that Brahman is something with in us.
PURUSHA:
All the skeletal muscles of our body can isometrically contract (harden) and relax (soften) as though it were a single skeletal muscle, the Unified Skeletal Muscle. In Hinduism it is known as Purusha. According to Manu Smriti 1.11, Purusha and Brahman are the same.
THE SEVEN BASIC HINDU GODS:
The USM can harden towards seven points in the mid line on its anterior part.
This results in seven Hindu gods. (Rig Veda 1.10.90-15) and Manu Smriti 1.19. 20).
They are,
1. Feet - Indra
2. Knees - Shakti
3. Hip - Brahma
4. Abdomen - Vishnu
5. Chest - Shiva
6. Neck - Shani
7. Head - Yama
This is what we mean when we say that all Hindu gods originate from Brahman and all Hindu gods are manifestations of Brahman.
DESCRIPTION AND VISUALIZATION OF BRAHMAN
Modern languages are digital and Brahman is analog. Therefore, Brahman can't be described in words.
We can visualize our skeletal muscular system. However, it wouldn't have nay of the properties of Brahman.
Thus, Brahman can only be felt and can neither be described in words or nor visualized.

There is no real answer to this. Christians worship God and Jesus and Hindus worship a plethora of gods, one god, or no gods at all.
Some facts about Hindu worship is that people worship the god Brahman and other gods and goddesses, such as Shiva, Vishnu, and Parvati. People worship at a temple and make offerings to these different deities. There are over one billion Hindus in the world.

worship God or Gods
Hindus call their main god as Brahman. However, Brahman is an ideal god and not a practical god. It is beyond the comprehension of practically all Hindus. Thus, it is like the pole star or sun, which indicate the direction to travelers. For practical purposes Hindus consider either Vishnu or Shiva as their main god.
