If someone else is calling you, they should dial your number the same way they do when you are in Ireland. The mobile network will find you automatically.
If you are calling a number in England, or anywhere in the UK, the best way to dial it is using the full international number format. Replace the trunk prefix 0 of the UK number with country code +44 (including the plus sign).
If you are calling a number in Ireland, the best way is again to use the full international format. Replace the trunk prefix 0 of the Irish number with country code +353.
If you are calling a number in Italy, dial the country code +39 followed by the full Italian number. Do not drop the leading 0 of the Italian number. (Italy is an exception to the general rule.)
To call some other country, use the full international format, starting with the plus sign and country code, then the city code (usually, but not always, dropping the trunk prefix 0) and subscriber number.
(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. The most common prefix is 00, but North America (USA, Canada, etc.) uses 011, Japan uses 010, Australia uses 0011, and many other countries use different prefixes.)
you use there phone number
You should be able to, by substituting country code +44 for the leading 0 of the UK mobile number. For example, 07700 900123 becomes +447700900123.
yes
To dial any UK number from an Irish mobile, just replace the trunk prefix 0 of the UK domestic number with +44.
Just enter the UK mobile number exactly the same way you would when that mobile is in the UK.
turn your phone on and click send on the message,
write 0061 and the persons you are texting number without a zero in front of it
Replace the trunk prefix 0 of the UK mobile number with +44.
All mobile numbers in the UK begin with 07 (or 44 if it is a text). There is no "typical London" mobile number.
Prefix the US mobile number with country code +1. That's it.
Republic of Ireland: +44 353, then the Irish mobile number minus any leading zero. Northern Ireland: No code needed - same as any other UK mobile number.
Irish mobile numbers all start with 08. The zero there is dropped when dialling from abroad. The international dialling code for Ireland is 353. That must be preceded by 00. So to ring or text an Irish mobile number, such as 089 999 9999 from Britain, you would dial: 00 353 89 999 9999 So the basic rule is to drop the first zero on the actual mobile number and then put 00 353 before it.
