1. drain coolant. 2. remove upper section of fan shroud ( should be four to six 10mm bolts) 3. remove fan. (theres a special wrench for the nut on the fan clutch) 4. remove belt. 5. remove water pump pulley. 6. remove hoses from water pump. (2 smaller hoses on top, one big one on the bottom) 7. remove water pump (4 bolts. cant remember if it's 14 or 15mm. could possibly use 9/16 socket) 8. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART... clean the sealing surface of the block very well. add a little bit of silicon sealer to the threads of the bolt when installing. example RTV. FOLLOW STEPS IN REVERSE ORDER. DON'T FOR GET TO DOUBLE CHECK ALL HOSES AND CLAMPS BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY.
