The blower motor is attached to the housing using 4 screws with a 8mm head. First, remove the wiring clip, then the rubber vent tube, then the four screws. They are at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. You usually have to remove the plastic fan and use it on the new motor. If the battery is on the passenger side, you will need to remove it first.
