Must replace lower control arm as a complete unit. Search around and it can be had for under $70 - rockauto and some eBay listings have low prices.
Remove 2 bolts from cradle - drop arm connector - remove 1 bolt on the ball joint pinch assembly - pull the other part of arm out of rotator cup - lower arm drops out - then reverse to install.
