Pull the plug in the oil pan to drain the used oil. I drain mine in a Rubbermaid dish tub I use in my garage. Once drained take off the oil filter and replace with a new one. Hand tight plus a quarter turn. Put drain plug back in and add new oil. Amount will be in owners manual probably about 4 liters. Let run for a min wait another min and check to make sure the oil level is good.
It is in the fuel tank.

Did they replace the MAP sensor? If not, good chance there's your problem.
the fan relay sensor is out of it.
Blown fuse, bad temp sensor, bad ground, bad fan motor
no switch, fan control is determined by the engine control unit with input from the coolant sensor
