Look back to see what you have done.
Check to see if the interior lights are switched "ON" Sometimes they get turned on when you move the headlight switch.
Check to see if the knob that dims the lights on the dash is turned all the way off.
If the whole house water was turned off, check to see if it is turned on all the way.

It should have both. Verify that it has two lines to the faucet. If it does, check to see if the stop valve under the sink has been turned off. It may have been leaking and turned off instead of being repaired.

The light is turned on by a switch on each door. Check them one at a time to see which it is, and then adjust or replace it.
