Depends which gasket it is. Could be the head gasket, which simply requires a new gasket and about 10 minutes. The base gasket is only a little more difficult to replace, and may be a good time to replase piston rings, or do a top end rebuild.

There really isn't much to fix on a derailleur cage. The guide and tension pulleys can be replaced, screws can be tightened, but that's about it. Straightening a bent cage is possible, but it's really hard to get the alignment back close enough for the derailleur to work properly. I'd buy a low-end replacement rather than attempting something like that.
It depends what has actually happened to it. If the cane has fallen off the staple then I'm afraid you can't do anything but make a new one but if it just doesn't blow you can scrape it with a reed knife and widen it up and keep going til it works. If this still doesn't work, look for a local oboist in your area.
