Did you check your chain? Do you have it in gear when you crank the throttle? Yes? then it could be in the gearbox. the gears might be spinning, but not connecting with your chain. try tightening up your chain or checking your gearbox.

Make sure the vent in the fuel tank cap is not plugged.
The first thing to look for is an air leak in the intake, I would start looking first for either a loose connection of carb to the rubber intake or cracked rubber .
Have you checked the throttle cable?

If you remove the large (3-4" diameter) rubber tube that starts at the airbox and ends at the engine intake, you will see the throttle plate a couple inches inside the bore of the throttle body (where the hose was attached).
Either it starts and dies, or it will not crank.Either it starts and dies, or it will not crank.
It may not be your throttle cable it might be that your governor is stuck.
