How do i get more views and subscribers on youtube? first of all, are your video's good, and worth watching, are they in the right category is there a good description.

1) subscribers, how to get them, make all your video's the same category so subscribers know what to expect from you, so they have an idea what Ur going to upload next ( so if you make one video about music and the next one about news they wont want to subscribe but remember it's not all about subscribers its about what you want to upload not them)

2) view's how to get more, try and have a look at other people's video's, to get idea's and inspiration, and try and upload video's that people are into right now, like

prank calls, eating and scoffing, singing, dancing, doing dangerous stuff, doing funny stuff, video people doing something stupid, purpose or accident, it doesn't matter, as long as it funny, go and tell your Friends about Ur video's, tell people on facebook, twitter, myspace, bolt, class mates, any social network, if you have money to spend on it, why not advertise, or make a few little posters and stick them up around your street, town, city, school if you are allowed ask your teacher first, and your collage, university, work, there are lots of ways.

to start off, ask ur friends to view n subscribe, then more people will eventually look at it. However, u need to make your videos entertaining n make sure the video quality isnt too bad
