How do i get the Navigation system on a 2004 Mercedes Benz e320 to work when it says its unavailable?

if it says unavailable you dont have the option installed. Open your trunk, on the drivers side you should have a panel. The navigation drive is in that panel, if its empty no navi, hence the unavailable msg.
