Use Oil that meets 229.5 specifications, my preference is Mobil 1 0W-40 European Car Formula fully synthetic. There is also castrol syntec 0w30 aka german castrol. mobil1 0w40 can be found at almost any autoparts store or walmart, whereas castrol syntec 0w30 can be found at autozone. Right under the chin of the car, find the black plastic door. There are two twist locks to open it. Once inside, use a nutdriver to pull out the single screw. The whole housing assembly will slide back and down. It may be a tight fit, but it does come apart if you tug on it. Once you have that out, you will see the clips hold the scraps of the old lens. Pry these off, and clip the new lens into place. Then just reverse steps to re-install.
You can jumpstart your BMW 328 by connecting jumper cables to your battery and to the battery of another vehicle. Connect the red handles to the positive post, on each battery. Connect the black handles to the negative posts, on each battery. Start the working automobile to charge the nonworking battery.

If you dont have the stiker in your oners manule that has the coad. You will need to get the sierial number off the radio and call the deeler to get it.
Each car radio has its own individual code, therefore there's no exact answer for this. Just open the car manual and most likely there will be a small silver card inside of the booklet that tells you what the radio code is.
Otherwise, go to your local dealer and they will reset it for you.
There are a few sites on the web that can provide the information in around 30 mins with simply your VIN #. The cost ranges from $5 to $25. Your dealer will not provide the info based on your vin over the phone as they want proof of ownership (makes sense). So to me it was worth paying to avoid a trip to the dealership and not have to try and find my radio serial number.
How to get the 1995 c 220 Mercedes radio code? i just open the Battery and my radio code reset, i don't know the code
Start with the basics, check your fuel filters first . Remove the fuel line from where it comes into the filter (It will be marked In and be located on the bottom of the filter) then have someone look and see when you crank the engine whether or not fuel is coming through the line. If there is no fuel it is a good sighn your pump is bad and needs replacement. However if you have fuel coming through the line replace your gas line on the INside of your filter and test the out going line on the top of the filter or OUT side. If the fuel is not coming out when you crank the engine or is but at a lower / slower rate replace your filter. If your filters are in good working order and your pump is delivering fuel to the lines yet still wont start it could be a senser problem. If it is, you should be getting a check engine light. If this is the case try to get it into a service station and hook into there computer to get the error code. Last thing, if your car was spudering or stalling prior to your starting problem and all of the above is in good order it may be that your pump though working is not delevering enough presure to the lines. I hope this helps a little good luck.
my 1993 mercedes-benz has a radio that when it is turned on reads hold
how do i enter codes
The experts told me that each cassette player has its own code, and it is written in the plastic card with the instruction mannual. But some technicians know how to disabbled it, and of course you , in that case, dont need the code anymore.
check your glovebox for the owners manual. In most cases in the pouch with it or somewhere in the book you will find a card with the radio code printed on it.
f you don't have the owners manual your best bet is to find the vin number (it will be at the bottom corner on the drivers side of the windscreen)
call a local dealership with the number on hand and they should be able to get it for you.
How do you reset Radio Code for 2000 E320? I just purchased the car and had to get new battery installed and know the radio doesn't operate until you reset with the code. Previous owner lost this card with code! Any direction would be great!
ThanksRadio codeI called Mercedes Benz of Portland , Oregon and gave them my VIN # and in return they gave me the code! That easy. Entering the code:On my 1997 E320, I typed in the 5 digit code and then pressed the "SC" button (over by the Seek and Tune buttons) to activate the code. The Dealer told me to use the "OK" button, but my radio did not have one, I guess about the "SC" button and that was correct on my radio.
I had this on an XC70 recently. (The key would turn to get the dashboard lights on, but that was it).
The lock was broken and needed to be replaced.
But the AA man did manage to force the key to work and this enabled me to use car for a few days awaiting the lock with the same code as before.
