Well I don't even think you can get it with cheats. If you could, it would be easier just to get it without them. Ok, go to Jubilife city and go to the T.V. station and go up to the third floor. Talk to the guys standing next to the girl. When he interviews you, key in "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL." That will unlock the Myster Gift. Save and shut off your DS. When you turn it back on, the Myster Gift option should appear. Keep in mind that it won't work if you don't have WI-FI. Hope this helps:]
