Make your way to the hanging satellite above the main entrance. Have Homer stand on the end nearest the door and get Bart right to the other end. With Bart, double jump, but not fast - wait till he's in the air before you press jump again.
Float onto the platform around the central globe. Jump onto the small platforms moving up or down next to the globe, but be careful - they are unpredictable! Once you've got to the top one, double jump onto the main spaceship with Jimbo Jones inside. He will open the spaceship and jump out - just follow him and beat him up!

That go up and down. when your on them you have to jump on the UFO. Jimbo will get off the UFO and you have to beat him.
