The system needs to be replaced as a whole. Saturn does not let you bleed the Slave, it comes pre-bled.

Switch or cylinder?
It SHOULD be on the clutch slave cylinder. Follow the hydraulic line from the clutch master cylinder down to the slave cylinder. Depending on the vehicle, it could be behind the dust cover of the bell housing.
Its best to buy the slave and master cylinder prebled from the dealer. Its $140 or so but it saves alot of hassle if you dont bleed it right. Labor...Each side twists in to there perspective locations and then 2 bolts hold on the slave cylinder to the tranny.
The 4 cylinder Saturn's all had timing chains.

I'm going to take a shot and say that it could be the clutch slave cylinder is not working correctly, ie. leaking fluid.
