First remove the bumper under tray, then remove the front of both front inner wheel liners. Then there is one 10mm bolt on both lh and rh sides behind the bumper above both front merker lights. Then remove the two 10mm bolts above both headlamp assemblies, and don't forget to remove the bumper slowly so that you can disconnect the bumper harness.

Then remove the screws nearest the front of the car that are in the front wheel wells holding the plastic panels in. Pull gently outwards on each side of the bumper to disengage then pull forward. If you have foglights installed you should disconnect the wiring from each one before pulling the bumper completely away from the car. Reverse process to install.
