On the arm with your Main beams switch on. You push it in towards steering wheel
Push in the horn ring in slightly on both sides and turn just the chrome horn ring counterclockwise. This is for the 2 spoke ring only.
Push the car horn button....
The horn on a Nissan Note is located behind the grille, in front of the radiator. Looks like you need to remove the grille to access the horn, but it's beaten me. 4 push pin plugs secure the top section, but the two plastic push pin plugs at the bottom are inaccessible. Must be a knack or a special tool.
Tunning. Push them in, and the horn gets more sharp. Pull them out, and the horn gets more flat.
if the horn is already there and is bad, just disconnect the two wires on it, unscrew horn, remove it and reinstall the new one and reconnect the wires. If you don't have a horn, then find a suitable place under the hood and drill X number of holes. The switch is wired in series with the battery and horn. The button is placed at a convenient place you can get to it when you want to blow the horn.
Something always happens when someone pushes my horn;0)
Push to close, pull to open

Basically, a "relay" is a switch. When you push the horn button you're triggering the relay which in turn feeds power to the horn.
i get around 40mpg however hard i push it
The horn relay is below the inside fuse panel. It is located behind the panel next to the left foot. You will need to remove the cover from the door threshold. Hold your hand on the plastic panel left of the brake on the side. Push the horn button.. you will feel the relay being activated... if it works. No tools are needed to remove the plastic covers.. I just finished checking the horn relay for my daughters cars. It was not the problem. :O(
