No picture, but... It is on the inside of the frame on the drivers side about even with the drivers door handle... It's the only thing attached to the gas line right there that can be removed ...

The PCV valve is located on the passenger side valve cover. It cost about $3.00 to replace. Simply pull up on the vacuum line and the PCV will more than likely pull out of the gromlet. It may take a little effort, but pull the PCV valve from the line and install a the new one.
It is located in the liquid line or tube between the condenser and evaporator.
