on some cars if you lock it with the key instead of the blipper the car only locks and the alarm isn't activated, this should almost definitely be the case if you have an aftermarket alarm, so you can lock it that way when it is windy, also if that is the case you should also be able to adjust the alarms sensitivity with a Philips screwdriver if you know where the shock sensor was hidden.
