The recommended weight loss for 5 months is mostly 45 pounds; 140 pounds are very big amount to lose in such a short period of time. It would be better wait minimum one and half years to reach your weight loss goals.
If you want to lose weight and lose it fast there are many ways to do that. If you are really wanting to lose 45 pounds in 45 days, it's not going to be easy, your going to have to work at it.
i wouldn't be trying to lose 45 pounds if i was 11. and anyway i think you'd probably gain weight in muscle either that or it would take quite a while to lose 45 pounds

do alot of excersised in your house including sit ups, push ups, and lunges. Do not stress your muscles tho or it may hurt for a while. let your muscles heal after you do your excersises.
