Remove all exposed bolts holding the magneto cover on. However Suzuki decided to hide one behind the Starter cover. So you need to remove the 3 Phillips screws holding that on. I had to use a #3 driver, tap on it with a hammer to seat it then, with some strength, turn them out. You will see that last screw inside. Wiggle it out. Things will start to drop like small cylinders. remember where they go for reassembly.
Remove the magneto and other electrical mounts and replace in new cover. It is fragile so be careful taking it out.
