well i actually started today and i didnt know that i was about to start. I had a few stomach pains but thats all. I only found out when i went to the toilet and saw it, it doesnt hurt or anything an dyou dont feel any different. If you find you do get some stomach pains then just take some paracetemol and put a hot water bottle on your stomach. ! :)
