I think that u should do some sort of workout everyday and if u have and heavy thing lift it up but be careful while doing it, do push ups every morning and before bed and try not to eat fast food try to get milk, salad and all , and u should also do sit ups for ur chest muscles.and run to get less fat so u could build muscle.And i think that should be enough.
The last thing any 12 year old should be considering is building muscles. At the age of twelve, your body is still developing, and lifting weights or trying to build muscle through extensive exercise is actually dangerous.
Concentrate on eating healthy and maintaining an appropriate weight for your height and build.
It would not be a bad idea to walk 3-5 miles a day, or ride a bike, and moderate exercise can help build a foundation for lifting in a couple of years.
You probably can't grow muscle yet. When you hit puberty you should be able to. Probably won't be able to for a couple years.
